Senior Financial Analyst Corporate

JOB REQUIREMENTS: - As a Financial Analyst Senior on our corporatefinance team your goal is to support corporate financial planning &analysis through leading and performing complex finance functions suchas: reporting, forecasting, and other analysis. #LI-MD1 #LI-Hybrid Youwill do this by: Preparing complex reports daily, weekly and monthlywhich may include but not be limited to sales, inventory, production,raw material purchasing, and operational performance. Performingfinancial analysis and communicating findings to enable management tomake informed business decisions and take action. Understands andinternally promotes the relationship of accurate nancial planning to ouroverall nancial results Develops and uses analytical tools to monitorand lead improvements in forecasting accuracy. Analyzes actual to budgettrends in nancial statements and key company drivers and trends on amonthly basis, including the isolation of factors contributing tonegative and positive trends, in order to revise forecast processes andimprove forecast accuracy. Develops timely tools and metrics to enablemanagement to make informed business decisions and take action. Analyzesthe impact of pricing, volume, mix and foreign currency on sales andgross margins. Performing and leading month-end closing of varyingcomplexity which includes: calculating accrual/reserve balances anddiscussing calculations with management for subjective nature accountsto arrive at decision; analyzing general ledger account data foraccuracy and adjusting accounts if necessary; booking various otherjournal entries and statistical key figures. Reviewing variance accountposting for accuracy throughout the month and correcting systemtransactions. Reviewing detail of accounts and following-up on month-endclosing items when necessary.
