JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Starting salary for Teller position is$18.00 an hour and up, depending on experience. What you'll be doingin the Teller position: This position is responsible for accuratelyprocessing deposit account and loan transactions while adhering to allpolicies and procedures. The Teller will support the Retail Bankingexpectations by maintaining customer relationships, providing superiorcustomer service, and referring bank products and services whenbeneficial and appropriate. What you're responsibilities are in theTeller role: Effectively process customer transactions with a high levelof integrity, accuracy and knowledge. Operate in full compliance withinternal policies/procedures, as well as applicable regulations/laws.Build and maintain customer relationships by identifying customer needs,promoting current promotional offers and referring customer to Bankersand other lines of business (i.e., Residential Lending, BusinessBanking, Commercial Real Estate, WIS and Merchant Services) for furtherassistance with bank products and services. Provide an unparalleledcustomer experience as set forth in WSB's Mission. Maintain knowledgeof WSB's core processing system, WSB products and service, WSB policiesand procedures, and regulatory requirements governing retail depositaccounts. Answer customer questions and resolve related account issues,including phone and in-person. Other duties as assigned.
