And ifthat's you we would love to have you join us Job Description The EHSTechnician is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and sustainingRockwell Automation's Environmental, Health, and Safety programs forWorkplace Services at our campus in Milwaukee, WI. This rolecollaborates with teams across manufacturing, research, and businessoperations, manages contractor safety paperwork for facility services,and ensures compliance with headquarters directives and regulatoryrequirements. This role is on-site in Milwaukee, WI and will report tothe EHS Manager. Your Responsibilities: Implement and maintain EHSprograms and compliance: Execute Rockwell Automation EHS policies andensure alignment with federal, state, local regulations; participate inagency visits and support site readiness. Lead training and competencytracking: Facilitate hazard- and task-specific EHS training, maintainthe site's EHS training matrix, and track completion to ensureemployees and contractors meet requirements. Support incident reportingand corrective actions: Report monthly injury/illness metrics to HQ-EHS,support investigations, analyze trends, and drive corrective andpreventive actions to reduce recurrence. Manage emergency preparednessand drills: Document, maintain, and implement the site emergencyresponse plan; coordinate annual evacuation drills and ensure roles,procedures, and communications are clear. Provide technical EHS supportand assessments: Advise on EHS requirements for projects and processes;ensure PPE, procedures, and controls (including safe electricalinstallations and work practices) are in place and effective. Driveenvironmental performance and EHS system health: Collect and submitenvironmental data (energy, waste, water) on time; support RockwellProduction System EHS elements, participate inassessments/self-assessments, and sustain environmental and safetymanagement system activities.
