And ifthat's you we would love to have you join us Job Description TheFirmware Engineer is a role that develops, maintains, and tests embeddedfirmware features related to motor controls and motor protection.Responsibilities include requirements definition, design,implementation, testing, and review of firmware design and code. Youwill report to the Firmware Development Team Lead , have a hybrid workschedule and will be based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US. YourResponsibilities: Develop features for motor protection and soft starterdevices Firmware development using C/C++ Knowledge of 3-phase powersystems, motor theory, motor control algorithms Optimize code forperformance, memory requirement and simplicity Validate code forreliability, safety, and security Participate in requirementspecifications, design, coding, unit testing, reviews Lead investigationof anomalies and new features Communicate technical complex informationin verbal and written form Organize activities of other employees.Experience working in an Agile development environment. The Essentials -You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant WorkExperience Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
