The Quality Coordinator does not own audits, investigations, or CAPA activities, but supports these processes through organization, scheduling, recordkeeping, and follow-up. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: u2022 Provide administrative support to the Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Manager. u2022 Maintain quality records, logs, trackers, and reports. u2022 Assist with document control and version management. u2022 Support audit readiness activities by gathering documentation and coordinating schedules. u2022 Track corrective actions and follow-up items as directed. u2022 Maintain training records and compliance trackers. u2022 Assist with coordinating quality-related training sessions. u2022 Enter quality data and support preparation of routine reports. u2022 Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners. u2022 Follow company, client, and departmental SOPs and policies. u2022 Perform other quality-related administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and Experience: Bacheloru2019s Degree in a related science field and at least 2 years Medical Device and or Pharmaceutical industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
