JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description JOB OBJECTIVE: The MultimediaCommunications Intern, working with the Corporate Affairs CommunicationsTeam, will contribute to storytelling projects that strengthen employeeengagement and cultural connection while experimenting with AI-enhancedmultimedia methods. The primary project will be the development of aself-guided corporate art tour prototype, created in partnership withthe Corporate Affairs Archives & Digital Collections Intern, who willprovide artwork records and metadata. In addition, the intern willindependently contribute to communications initiatives such as companymeetings, event communications, corporate photo and video needs, andemployee engagement initiatives. This role emphasizes a spirit ofcuriosity and experimentation, with the intern encouraged to explore andimplement new tools-particularly AI-to enrich storytelling, improveefficiency, and expand the team's creative capacity. CORE DUTIES: 1.Develop a prototype corporate art tour, creating multimedia content,promotional materials, and interactive features (e.g., AI-generatedvoice tours, translations, augmented-reality overlays). Collaborate withthe Archives & Digital Collections Intern on content accuracy whileleading the creative design and production. 2. Experiment with AI-drivenstorytelling methods, piloting tools for video editing, captioning,short-form content, visual enhancements, and other creative applicationsthat improve accessibility and engagement. 3. Support communicationsprojects and events, including company meetings and employee engagementinitiatives, by providing photography, videography, editing, writing,design, and AI-enabled creative contributions. 4. Demonstrates inclusionthrough their own words and actions and is accountable for a safeworkspace. Acts with kindness, curiosity and respect for others. 5.Embracing and being open to incorporating Promega's 6 Emotional &Social Intelligence (ESI) core principles in daily work. 6. Understandsand complies with ethical, legal and regulatory requirements applicableto our business. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Pursuing or holding abachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or arelated field, or proven relevant work experience. 2. Demonstratedvisual storytelling experience. Skills in video production (planning,field-producing, lighting, audio capture, editing), photography, andwritten content development. 3.
