SCOPE: The Donor Development Managersupports theExecutive Director and/or Director of Donor Development in positioningMarch of Dimes as a leader in maternal and child health care in therespective market as well as establishing effective partnerships andcollaborations with corporations, foundations, community/corporateleaders, government officials, other community organizations/nonprofitsand supporters. The Donor Development Manager is responsible forcultivating, growing and managing a portfolio of donors. This positionwill utilize constituent relationship management systems to facilitatemanaging their revenue streams through analytical reporting to evaluateand implement individualized strategic plans. This position isresponsible for developing/stewarding donor relationships, andmobilizing supporters in a manner that drives mission impact, increasesoverall revenue growth. The Donor Development Manager I collaborates toexecute event core tactics through leadership, engagement, empowerment,and mobilization of volunteers. This position will report to theAssociate Director, Executive Director or Director of Donor Development,sharing successes and problem solving to ensure success in the market.They are responsible for ensuring revenue goal achievement throughdeveloping/stewarding donor/prospect relationships, identifying andsecuring market volunteer leadership, and generating/closing leads formission investment products.
