JOB REQUIREMENTS: Primary Duties and Responsibilities Hybrid positionrequiring 2 days onsite at our corporate office in downtown Milwaukee:Monday and Tuesday are required days Provides quality and timelycustomer service to field and home office staff on the following topicsBenefits, Compensation, Sales Reporting. Communicates with callersclearly in an open, direct, and timely manner. Answers questions thatare routine, escalates calls as needed. Identifies the need for specialhandling and coordinates problem resolution, in addition tounderstanding the overall impact. Provides complete and accuratesolutions to all customer needs with appropriate guidance. Under thedirection of the Manager, Specialist, or Mentor, may handle more complexinquiries. Adheres to phone schedules in accordance with set standards.Gives and receives regular feedback/information in an open and positivemanner. Helps others with additional casework as needed. Tries new waysof challenging the status quo and changing the way we work. Contributesto a positive environment by openly communicating new ideas/solutions,perspectives and experiences in team meetings, training sessions, 1x1sand huddles. Demonstrates behaviors that reflect and support our companyand department values, vision, and culture of learning/growth Acts in amanner necessary to achieve organizational results (i.e. big picture).Organizes work in a manner that allows team members to easily locate andcomplete casework when needed. Written communication (Emails, AssistEdge, Casetracker, SharePoint) is professional, complete, timely,accurate and effective. Follows set procedures and standard work.Exhibits a commitment towards personal learning and growth. Takesinitiative to learn topics outside of core responsibilities.Qualifications High School diploma. Minimum of two years of workexperience demonstrating proficiency performing a variety ofmathematical calculations and inputting accurate data. Experience shouldinclude minimum of one year of previous field compensation experience,one year of call center and/or customer service experience, or acombination thereof in a financial services environment. Strongdemonstrated skills in analyzing complex information, problem solving,judgment, and independent decision making Insurance OperationsExperience a helpful High level or organization and follow through. Ableto identify and establish priorities to meet deadlines on multipleassignments. Demonstrated computer experience, including Word and mitment to quality customer service. Has highly developed anddemonstrated verbal and written communication skills proficiency withinthe home office and the field.
