JOB REQUIREMENTS: Role and Responsibilities We're looking for areliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to keep ourlogistics running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you'll beresponsible for managing all incoming and outgoing shipmentsensuringeverything arrives and departs accurately, on time, and in greatcondition. You'll handle packaging, labeling, inspecting goods, andoperating warehouse equipment, all while maintaining a safe andorganized work area. You'll also support the packing team and step inas a backup delivery driver when needed. This is an entry-level positionwith strong growth potential, perfect for someone ready to build acareer in logistics or warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including small packages andpalletized freight. Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, andappropriate documentation. Label and organize customer orders usingpurchase orders, job cards, or work order receivers. Prepare productsfor shipment through proper packing and palletizing. Schedule pickupsand coordinate deliveries to ensure timely shipment of municate with shipping carriers to process and track outboundshipments. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handlingequipment safely. Assist the packing department with packaging taskswhen needed. Transport materials from receiving or staging areas to theproduction floor. Maintain a clean, organized dock and generalshipping/receiving area. Report equipment malfunctions andshipping/receiving issues to the manager. Serve as a backup deliverydriver; maintain accurate vehicle logs when driving. Collaborate withother departments to help meet shipping schedules and deadlines.Qualifications and Education Requirements The qualified candidate shouldhave a high school diploma. Comprehensive MS Office skills in Outlook,Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are a must. The qualified candidate possess3 to 5 years in a related field, shipping and receiving experiencepreferred. The use of a pallet jack, stacker, and forklift will berequired, training will be available. The candidate should have greatorganizational skills.
