Job Summary Reporting to the Director ofSoftware Engineering, the Manager of Digital Software Engineering willhelp to lead the digital software engineering team for Harley-Davidsonacross our Omnichannel initiatives. The Manager of Software Engineeringwill hire and lead new talent into HD, including data engineers, DevOps,and other digital (Software) engineering professionals. JobResponsibilities Define technical requirements and systems architecturewith clarity on feasibility, time, cost, and impact Attract and retain ateam of high-performing engineers Establish an engineering cultureemphasizing innovation, growth, and development Ensure all internalprocesses and external services comply with security and privacyregulations Define and implement a consistent and repeatable process forquality assurance across all areas of the organization and product buildIdentify opportunities and challenges in the marketplace, with constantevaluation of technological advancements and innovation to mitigateimpediments and drive success.
