You will have responsibility for an active docket of patentprosecution matters from drafting applications through all phases ofdomestic and foreign patent prosecution. You will have the opportunityto counsel clients on patent strategy, and gain exposure to conductingsearches and preparing patentability, invalidity, and non-infringementopinions. In our general practice firm, there are also opportunities tosupport litigation and transactional practices.The following qualifications are required:-USPTO and Idaho, Colorado, Minnesota, Arizona, Utah, or Washington baradmission or the ability to get admitted in Idaho, Colorado, Minnesota,Arizona, Utah, or Washington;-Two to seven years of patent attorney experience;-Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics,or related field;-Strong academic performance and writing ability.Dorsey offers a collaborative and dynamic environment, with competitivecompensation and excellent benefits.
