What Youu2019ll Do + Monitor ammonia system operation, control points, and daily hazardous-materials events + Perform routine inspections on all refrigeration equipment and supporting systems + Lead safety practices and support changes to improve compliance + Partner with Maintenance leadership to identify equipment deficiencies and root causes + Operate and maintain ammonia equipment safely, efficiently, and within regulatory guidelines + Support continuous on-site training and readiness + Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all SOPs and policies + Participate in emergency preparedness for federally regulated processes ? What Youu2019ll Bring Required + 4+ years hands-on industrial refrigeration experience + 5+ years maintenance experience + Ammonia Operator I Certification (required) + Solid mechanical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills + RMP and PSM background in ammonia environments + Ability to pass a physical and respirator fit test + Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Nice to Have + 4+ years continuous ammonia/NH3 experience + Operator II or III certification + Strong background in process controls or electrical systems + Leadership experience in safety or refrigeration operations ?
