Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Odessa, FL Job Type: Contract Max Pay Rate: $/hr About the Role We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support delivery operations by assisting customers, business partners, and drivers. This role requires effective communication, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist customers and business partners via phone and email. Handle customer complaints professionally and courteously. Diagnose, assess, and resolve delivery-related issues. Monitor the progress of delivery routes and provide updates. Scan haul-away pods and verify associated documentation. Process delivery order changes and cancellations. Minimum Requirements Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project). Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and remain organized while handling multiple inquiries. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. + year of customer service experience (call center preferred). Strong customer service and issue-resolution skills. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Experience working with logistics, delivery tracking, or similar environments is a plus.
