Take Accurate Orders - Enter orders quickly and precisely in our POS system. Handle Payments with Care - Process cash, card, and digital payments smoothly. Keep it Clean & Cozy - Maintain a tidy register area and front-of-house atmosphere. Know the Menu - Guide guests with confidence about our delicious offerings. Offer a Little Extra - Suggest sides, drinks, or pastries to enhance the meal. Solve with a Smile - Address guest concerns with professionalism and kindness. Team Player - Support teammates and jump in wherever needed. This position operates in a restaurant environment. La Madeleine staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
