Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans to ensure safety and comfort. Maintain infection control protocols to uphold patient wellness. Collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop comprehensive care plans. Educate residents and family members on conditions, care plans, and medications thoroughly and compassionately. Requirements: Degree or certification from an accredited nursing program. Active state licensure as an LPN. Current CPR certification. Minimum of six months of relevant nursing experience.
