Role Overview & Key functions:We areseekinga motivated and detail-orientedAnalytical Data AnalystSummer Intern to be part of ourAnalyticalteam. This internship offers hands-on experience inanalytical data analysis, trending, and generating reports/dashboards to support business decision-making.This experience will enhance the Intern’s career prospects inAnalyticaland related fields.Transfer data between Smartsheet and excel worksheets/workbooks. Ensuring data integrity and correct formatting in the new destination file.Develop complex spreadsheets including creating formulas, functions, PivotTables, Power Query, and data visualization tools togenerate reports/dashboardsforreporting metricsto be used forannualQuality Management Review (QMR) of XPOVIO®products.Improve filtering techniques for data queries.Participateand collaboratein cross-functional meetingswith Quality and Pharmaceutical Sciencesto understand data requirements and deliver analytical support.Perform administrative tasks related todocumentation to standardize formats, ensuring version control andgap assessments formissing values or duplicatesas needed.CandidateProfile & QualificationsEnrolled in afull-time pharmaceuticalscience,or statisticaldegree programProficiencywith Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,andTeamsProficiencywithPowerBI, JMP or excel statistical add-on packages a plusStrong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectivelyStrong communicationand time management skills capable of working independently and cross-functionally in a remote work environmentFamiliar with data analytics and trending including excel for graphing and hyperlinking source documentsAnalytical or quality control experience in small or large molecules or oral drug products a plus for exposure todifferent typesof dataInterest in understanding FDA regulatory commitments in commercial programsFamiliar with cGMP, USP, FDA, and ICH requirements a plusYou have a strong interest in life sciences and are passionate about giving patients with cancer a chance to enjoy more of life’s precious moments.
