Position Assignment: F-35 Systems Administrator located in Jyvaskyla, Finland, in support of training operations benefiting the Finnish Air Force. The System Administrator will support the sustainment, maintenance, and operation of F-35 training system devices, with a long-term deployment to Jyvaskyla, Finland. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting computer applications, as well as setting up and monitoring training computer networks. They will perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, and training tasks to ensure the training computer network meets system requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin training team to fulfill F-35 training objectives and will have experience working in an environment that requires interaction with multiple functional areas and personnel with different backgrounds and expertise. Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to: u2022 Interacting daily with users and ALIS/LM leadership. u2022 System/database/software/firewall/account maintenance and monitoring. u2022 Maintaining smooth, secure operation of multi-user computer systems through coordination with peers, Tier2 and engineers. u2022 Laptop re-image, troubleshooting, account maintenance. u2022 Regular monitoring of systems/applications for availability and performance. u2022 Training ALIS Administrators and users on the ALIS system as needed. u2022Scheduling and leading installations, modifications, and maintenance of training systems. u2022Supporting and coordinating verification and validation of installations and modifications to systems. u2022Acquiring and submitting metrics for review, documenting system anomalies, and submitting relevant data to appropriate organizations for analysis and resolution. u2022Collaborating with other organizations to improve operational performance and configuring systems to operate within approved guidelines. u2022Interfacing directly with customers and personnel to resolve
