JOB REQUIREMENTS: Current Employees: If you are currently employed atany of the Universities of Wisconsin, log in to Jobs Hub to applythrough the internal application process.Job Category:AcademicStaffEmployment Type:RegularJob Profile:Outreach Program CoordinatorJobSummary: The AgrAbility and Tractor Safety Outreach Program Coordinatorposition is designed to provide outreach and support for programs thatpromote safety and health for Wisconsin farm businesses. The OutreachProgram Coordinator will: Organize and maintain the development anddelivery of the AgrAbility of Wisconsin Project and the Youth Tractorand Machinery Safety Program by: Overseeing public awareness by updatingand maintaining marketing materials, updating and maintaining websites,and presenting information about the programs at events. Providingcustomer service to the programs by communicating with consumers andprofessionals. Preparing annual reports and attending meetings insupport of both programs. Work with the Program Manager to facilitateprogrammatic efforts, maintain strategic direction, build partnerships,and seek a diverse funding portfolio to support the work. The minimumFTE will be 30 hours (75%) but the FTE is variable and the actual FTEwill be determined at the time of hire. Statewide Location Division ofExtension headquarters are located within Madison, WI but the positionlocation is flexible and will be determined based on programmatic needs,successful candidate's preferences, and availability of suitable space.Partial Remote This position may require some work to be performedin-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Some work maybe performed remotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location. Remotework requires an approved remote work agreement (RWA). A RWA requiressuccessful candidates to possess their own high-speed internet and phoneto perform the work on a university provided computer. Per Universitypolicy, transportation between home and assigned work location is notpayable/reimbursable and will be at the expense of the employee.
