JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Key Account Manager - IBT Location: Remote -Kansas City, Missouri Area Role is remote with travel as needed; KansasCity, Missouri location Description Under the direction of the RegionalSales Director, the Key Account Manager is dedicated to a specific MajorDistributor account and is responsible for directing and coordinatingthe execution of plans/programs with Field Sales. Works closely with theRegal Rexnord Motion Control Solutions and Commercial and IndustrialMotors Regional Sales Directors, MCS District Managers and ManufacturersRepresentative Sales team in order to achieve established objectives. Isaccountable for RRX MCS and Commercial and Industrial Motors totalsales, programs and activities for specified Major Distributor account.Responsibilities: Assists in the development and implementation ofcomprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategiesfor a single large account or for several smaller accounts. Drives across-regional sales team and internal employees to penetrate keyaccounts and aggressively expand relationships with national distributoraccounts. Gathers detailed information about accounts, identifiesdecision-makers, understands strategic business challenges andpriorities, significant accounts which may span multiple Regalbusinesses or geographies and leads team in analyzing information andprioritizing opportunities critical to success. Works daily with CRM toinput and analyze activities across national accounts. Utilizes CRMdashboards on a daily basis to help communicate progress againstestablished objectives. Promotes and helps lead CRM and Documented CostSavings and uses processes to communicate Regal value propositions tonational accounts. Ensures professional sales coordination and accountplanning and resolves any account ownership issues as it pertains tonational accounts. Monitors industry trends and changing regulations toensure competitiveness and compliance. Adhere to all company policies,values, procedures and business ethics codes. Conduct yourself inaccordance with corporate guidelines, policies and standards ofprofessionalism and set examples in areas of personal character,commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits. Controlexpenses to meet budget guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degreeor equivalent in Technical, Business or Marketing preferred 5+ yearsexperience preferred; sales experience in Power Transmission & BearingsIndustry Candidate must live in or around Kansas City, MissouriMechanical aptitude Competent in MS Office applications / CRM Management/ Business application software Pay Transparency - $125,000 to$140,000 base salary + variable compensation Please note thatcompensation is based on a variety of factors when extending...
