The team fosters innovation and drives engineering workflows of the future, shared solutions and standards, simplicity and lower costs, and manufacturable design.As part of a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, and engineers you will lead planning and execution for new solar array programs, turning inbound requests into clear scope, and resourced, timephased plans. You will own the integrated master schedule and critical path, drive requirements flowdown and verification, manage risks and issues, and synchronize crossfunctional teams and suppliers through reviews, test campaigns, and configuration control. You will track cost and performance, publish status and decision logs, and keep the program's artifacts and communications tight-ensuring ontime, onbudget delivery as part of a fastmoving, geographically distributed R&D team.Special Mentions:Relocation providedTravel expected up to 10% of the timeResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Intake, scope, and prioritize solar array development requestsServe as primary interface between Solar Center of Excellence and program leadsFacilitate regular reviewsCommunicate status/risks/decisions, and track deliverable closureBuild and maintain integrated master schedule and critical pathManage configuration control and change processesTrack requirements flowdown, V&V, risks/issues, and mitigation plans across design, supplier, and test activitiesPlan and coordinate design reviews and test campaignsMonitor budget, labor, and cost/margin performance; escalate blockers and decision needsCreate and maintain project dashboardsMinimum Qualifications:BS in engineering or related technical field8-10+ years program/project management in aerospaceExperience with IMS ownership (MS Project/Primavera or similar), critical path analysisProficient with requirements flowdown/V&VUnderstanding of risk managementExperience with supplier schedule/deliverable management; alignment of technical reviews and acceptancesFamiliarity with configuration control & change managementPast responsibility for budget and EVM monitoring/reportingPreferred Qualifications:Past space solar array experience is strongly preferredMS in engineering or MBA; PMP certified; 10-12+ years leading space hardware programsFamiliarity with Confluence/JIRAExperience coordinating test campaigns (TVAC/vibe/shock/radiation/AO/UV)Experience with executivelevel status, escalation, and decision trackingHighly proficient in DOORS/JamaCompensation Range for:CA applicants is $130,518.00-$182,724.15;CO applicants is $120,010.00-$168,013.65;WA applicants is $130,518.00-$182,724.15Other site ranges may differCulture StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
