Key Accountabilities Work with Lead Developerson implementation of changes related to our ecosystem surrounding HealthShare product by Intersystems Develop and maintain interfaces usingHealth Share IRIS and ObjectScript Interpretation and implementation ofdata transformations and mappings using HL7, CDA/CCD, FHIR, JSON. XML.Resolve integration issues, configuration and other changes throughHealth Share toolset High level understanding of Interoperabilitystandards Document technical specifications, workflows and test plansSupport continuous improvement through automation and best practices.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience inrelated field 5 years of work experience beyond degree Rolerequirements: 3+ years of experience with InterSystems HealthShare, orIRIS. Strong ObjectScript programming skills. Proficiency in healthcaredata standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA, C-CDA). Experience with integrationprotocols (MLLP, REST, SOAP, SFTP). Solid understanding of SQL andrelational databases. Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA) andinteroperability concepts. Preferred Qualifications Experience withEMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS,Azure, GCP). InterSystems certification (HL7 Interface Specialist orsimilar). This position is an Office role, which requires an employee towork onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We are open to candidateslocated near one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN, orMadison, WI. The full salary grade for this position is $100,200 -$171,700. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiringsalary range for this role is expected to be between $100,200 -$143,100.
