About the Role: As an LPN at Neighborhood, youu2019ll use your training, organizational skills, attention to detail, and influencing skills as you perform nursing tasks and help ensure an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities include: + Nursing tasks within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling and provision of supportive and restorative care under direction of a registered professional nurse or licensed provider + Administer medications and provide treatments prescribed by providers + Perform immunizations and injections + Assist in facilitating patient flow for the provider to ensure a seamless and efficient patient flow + Maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc. + Perform all CLIA waiver tests and ensures all tests are up to date + Demonstrate proper placement and documentation of PPD + Comply patient information in the absence of an RN and consult with medical provider You will be primarily be based at our Buffalo locations and will travel to other Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed.
