JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reporting to the EVP and President of Power EfficiencySolutions (PES), the Vice President, Americas Sales for PES will be anexperienced senior leader focused on driving a high performing growthculture. This role is a highly strategic, key member of the PESleadership team, responsible for $1.4b in revenue across two PESdivisions, Electric Motors and Air Moving Solutions. Working closelywith the VP GMs for Electric Motors and Air Moving Solutions divisions,this role is responsible for achieving revenue and profitability goalswhile leading and growing a strong commercial and distributionorganization. The successful candidate will have experience leadingsales team to serve large industrial OEMs and more distributedindependent customers. This role will have experience leadingmulti-channel distribution including direct, distribution partners,independent agents, and digital channels. This leader must haveexperience building and leading commercial enabling functions such ascommercial operations, channel management and pricing. The VP, Saleswill lead by example and demonstrate company core values. KeyResponsibilities Focus on Customer Success Develop a strategy toposition Regal Rexnord to solve key customer needs and challenges Learnthe competitive landscape and create strategies to position RegalRexnord vs. other solutions providers Be the voice of the market andcustomer to the organization. Establish mechanisms to escalate criticalissues and market insights to shape product development, quality andoperations issues Drive a High Performing, Growth-Focused OrganizationWork closely with the Divisional VP/GMs to grow revenue across focusedaccounts Create and improve upon the current differentiated servicesmodel to improve customer loyalty Increase new product vitality throughOEM sales growth Create a winning culture energized and excited to growthe business Build a strong commercial enabling team includingcommercial operations, pricing, channel management OrganizationalStrategy and Talent Management Refine and improve alignment of Salesorganization as a result of internal reorganization Identify, coach, anddevelop talent across the segment to leverage strategic sales strategiesand methodologies to support their professional advancement and improvethe business's commercial performance. PROFESSIONALEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Engineering, or related field 10+ years salesleadership experience with demonstrated results, with a focus onindustrial manufacturing related work experience Strong financialacumen, executive presence, and the ability to lead multiple globallocations Ability to communicate externally and internally with multiplestakeholders...
