Primary FunctionThe Retail Sales Marketing Coordinator is responsible for thecoordination of local in-person marketing events like home shows,growing relationships with realtors, adding online marketing content forthe website and social medial and monitoring the customer lead database.Responsibilities Develop, Coordinate and implement local marketingevents. Such as Home Shows, Farmers Markets, Industry Trade Shows andother local events. Drive company awareness through complimentary waterconsultations for CWT Inspection Customers resulting in service plansand new equipment. Develop and maintain relationships with storemanagement at partner home improvement stores. Work with ProjectCoordinators to assist them with their stores while also directlydriving the relationship with assigned stores. Set up in-store displaytables and talk to customers to schedule water treatment consults.Attend Real Estate Inspection presentations with CWT Inspectors. Developopportunities to conduct lunch and learns with local companies. Createbusiness relationships through networking groups. Call on local realtorsoffices to coordinate realtor education on our inspection servicesConsult over the phone to provide treatment solutions to CWT Inspectioncustomers with test results that require treatment to close on thehouse. Visit the home if needed to complete the sale. Complete weeklymarketing reports. Coordinate adding online marketing content fordigital media and diect mail postcards to houses . Monitor and maintainCustomer Lead Database. Qualifications 1+ year related work experienceIn-person marketing or sales experience preferred. Insurable drivingrecord. Good planning and organizational skills. Communication andcustomer service skills. Well-developed interpersonal communicationskills.
