DescriptionThis position will be supporting both Alder and Renton sites.The PACE Operations Supervisor assists PACE Operations Site Manager in organizing, coordinating, directing, and evaluating overall functions and program activities as delegated by the Chief, Providence PACE Seattle. This position supports the PACE Operations Site Manager in comprehensive population management of PACE (Program-of-All-Inclusive-Care for the Elderly) participants including, quality, service, utilization and financial outcomes.Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
