OverviewThe goal of the Bettelli Lab at the Benaroya Research Institute is to understand theu00a0cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying the development of autoimmunity and finding means to limit them.ResponsibilitiesWe are recruiting a highly motivated Research Technician to support and perform laboratory experiments on adaptive and innate immune cells. A variety of cellular and molecular techniques will likely be used to address the phenotype and functions of murine and human cells. This will include but will not be limited to flow cytometry, cell culture, gene expression analysis, cytokine quantification and immunohistochemistry.
