Responsibilities: + Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver flawless care to adults in evaluation or listed for liver transplant. + Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic test interpretations. + Develop personalized treatment plans and effectively communicate them to patients and their families. + Perform procedures such as liver biopsies, paracentesis, and ascitic fluid analysis. + Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction. + Actively participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to advance patient outcomes. + Provide patient education on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.
