JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: Responsible for managing and drivingsales growth, while sustaining strategic relationships within theSouth-Central territory for Residential & Commercial HVAC, Leisure WaterSector, Commercial Refrigeration, Pump / Water Moving, and GeneralIndustries market spaces in our Power Efficiency Solutions (PES)segment. This position reports to the District Sales Manager. PES is oneof three operating segments with approximately $1.7 Billion in revenueand produces electric motors, variable speed controls, and air movingsolutions which are sold in the residential heating and ventilating,water heating, commercial refrigeration, pump, leisure water, and otherOEM and aftermarket products. Brands include Genteq motors, as well asFasco, Elco, DEC Star, Leeson, motor and blowers. Responsibilities: Provide overall account management responsibilities for motor, controlsand blower customers within the assigned territory Develop andsustain a Territory Sales Plan by account to meet/exceed the businesstargets for the region Create and drive execution of new growthopportunities, while maintaining an active project deck in CRM Utilization of CRM to manage activities in support of the customerrelationships Support the PES Solutions Policy Deployment and 80/20initiatives Monitor market trends and competitor activities toidentify potential threats and opportunities Lead successful customercontract negotiations and fulfillment of these agreement expectations Presentation of proposals and quote to customers and ensure adherence tothe pricing strategy as outlined by the PES Business Unit Create andstrengthen strategic relationships and business performance metrics atestablished accounts, ensuring Regal as the customers' preferredsupplier Engage and coordinate all internal functions as required toachieve PES goals, provide short and long-term forecasts to supportbusiness planning and timely responses to Business Team Units and/orSales Leadership requests for critical information and insights Participate in product and process training and Business Team Unitstrategy/planning sessions as necessary Lead successful execution ofany internal Regal Rexnord product simplification or restructuringinitiatives Maintain conduct in accordance with Regal Rexnord vision,mission, values, initiatives and company policies Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience 3+ years industrysales experience Strong presentation, verbal and written communicationskills Strong analytical and problem solving skills High level ofpersonal initiativeand ownership of results Strong computer skills -Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook &Teams) Ability to work independently and...
