ResponsibilitiesTesting and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related servicesExhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivationPreparing reports and proposalsOverseeing field work and report preparationMaintaining and develop a client databaseManaging budgets and prepare invoicesMentoring other staffConduct reviews, coaching, and training as neededMaintaining appropriate staffing levelsPromoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPEQualificationsB.Arch or M.Arch accredited by NAAB or BS or MS in Engineering accredited by ABET, Building Science, Construction Management, or related degree accredited college/university6+ years of relevant experience in building facilities consultingIn lieu of education, 8 years of experience as ECS Facilities Associate III, or equivalent combination of experience, certification, and education required.
