Internal Supply Chain Analyst

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Supply Chain Analyst is a key member of the SupplyChain Center of Excellence, supporting strategic initiatives andday-to-day operations across supplier performance, sustainability,master data governance, and project execution. This role blends stronganalytical skills with cross-functional collaboration to ensure supplychain readiness and data integrity. Key responsibilities includerepresenting Supply Chain in new product launches, managing system setupforms, expediting timelines for component and finished goods, andsupport master data creation and maintenance. Additionally, the Analystwill play a critical role in advancing the company's sustainabilitystrategy by completing various sustainability questionnaires, engagingsuppliers to collect, validate, and analyze ESG-related and ensuringcompliance with sustainability objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES include the following (additional duties may beassigned): Analyze supplier performance data to identify trends, gaps,and opportunities for improvement. Design, test, and maintain dashboardsand reports to communicate key performance metrics. Track and reportOTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance for internal and externalstakeholders. Assist the Supply Chain Center of Excellence Manager toalign with company goals and industry standards. Lead annual Voice ofthe Supplier surveys and contribute to supplier improvement initiatives.Support implementation and ongoing management of supplier sustainabilityassessment software to ensure alignment with sustainability plete customer and company-related sustainability assessments asrequired. Conduct supplier risk assessments, monitor mitigation plans,and support proactive risk management strategies. Represent Supply Chainin cross-functional project meetings for new product launches andcharters; perform post-launch analyses.
