All tools and equipment necessary to the work will beprovided by the farm owner. Workers will install, replace, maintaintubing systems, tap maple trees, evaluate the health of sugar maples forpotential sap production and monitor sap flow level in tubing. Workerswill use tools and equipment to gain access to new crops of trees, tofacilitate the installation of tubing systems in new production areas,pull taps at the end of the season and clean equipment. This is outdoorwork performed in part during harsh winter temperatures and conditionsand includes extensive walking and frequent stooping.18 83 ???
