JOB REQUIREMENTS: Your Job KBX is searching for a Customer SupportSpecialist out of our Green Bay, WI office Monday through Friday, towork directly with customers, carriers, and across other KBX teams toprovide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will haveexcellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills aswell as a high degree of initiative to find and drive solutions for ourcustomers. Our Team Our team manages the scheduling, rescheduling, andtracking of full truck shipments with a strong customer focus and asolution-driven mindset. We build lasting partnerships to become ourcustomers' preferred logistics partner, creating virtuous cycles ofmutual benefit for all involved. What You Will Do Communicate withexternal customers to schedule delivery appointments Partner with otherdepartments to reschedule missed delivery appointments Handlecommunications from external customers regarding delivery questionsDevelop and maintain business relationships across the supply chain withboth internal and external customers Analyze trends, processes, and keyperformance indicators to drive solutions that improve service,productivity, and eliminating waste Collaborate with internal andexternal teams to determine solutions that positively impact allconstituencies involved Maintain proper documentation for standardoperation procedures Track and provide a high level of communication onload statuses Utilizing all the tools and resources available,especially the transportation management systems to meet the customers'expectations and service metrics Work with customers and carriersthrough service sensitive situations and handle in a respectful mannerSupport operational needs by taking on various tasks Who You Are (BasicQualifications) Experience working with customers Experience usingMicrosoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook WhatWill Put You Ahead Experience working in the Supply Chain or Logisticsor Transportation industry Experience partnering across departments tocoordinate logistics and supply chain activities Experience using atransportation management systems (TMS) or logistics software to trackand manage loads At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
