A day in the life:The Porter is responsible for handling daily maintenance and policing of our client located in City, State.The Porter will assist Building Management with all requests and projects assigned.Service all public and operating space throughout the buildingFacilitate plaza and/or parking garage areas as specifiedKeep elevator cars clean and neatPreserve lobby and first impression areasUphold exterior of buildingMaintain restroom cleanlinessCheck and restock all restroom productsPolice building groundsPolice the dockPolice stairwells daily, dust mop stairwells weekly and damp mop stair landings & treads monthlySnow removalRespond to special requests throughout the dayStrong communication skillsMust be willing to work assigned hoursPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levelsWork in close proximity to othersWork outdoors in all changing weather condition in geographical areaStanding and/or walking, sitting, stooping, or kneelingJoin our team of Extraordinary People committed to delivering Exceptional Service.
