Warehouse Supervisor

We pride ourselves on being the partner of choice for our internal and external customers.What You Will Do•Supervise daily warehouse operations including storage, inventory, and product alignment•Supervise, train, and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety•Monitor inventory accuracy and implement controls to reduce missing, loss, or damaged product•Assist in the optimization of the warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency•Collaborate with logistics and production teams to meet operational goals•Maintain compliance and safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements•Identify and implement process to improvements and cost-savings initiativesWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)•Minimum of 3 years of supervisory of experience in a warehouse environment•Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams•Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills•Proficient with Microsoft Excel to track and diagnose data•Knowledge of OSHA standards and warehouse safety practices•Ability to work 7 - 7 monthly rotational shifts between days and nights This role is not eligible for sponsorship For this role, we anticipate paying $65,000 - $75,000k per year.
