The GO Prototype team supports quick turn manufacturing of die-to-reel, module assembly, and electrical test services for Qorvo. This candidate will be part of the Die Processing Services (DPS) and electrical test team and will support specialized DPS and Test processes and equipment to achieve consistent quality, high yields, fast turn-around times and cost-effective solutions for our internal customers.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Supervision and leadership of nonexempt employees on a 12-hour night shift from6:50pm to 7amin an ISO compliant electrical test and die processing services factory.- Must monitor work in process and manage the production flow to minimize bottlenecks, increase output and reduce cycle time.- Must work closely with process and equipment engineering to resolve problems and meet production schedules.- Responsible for Operator productivity, operational efficiency, adherence to specifications, quality, training, material movement and production schedules.- Leverage time management and multi-tasking skillstomanage shifting priorities as neededandadjust to changing goals, objectives, and policies of the company.- Scheduling flexibility is needed to accomplish the duties and responsibilities required of the job.- Will also own administrative, development and coaching for all their employees.- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and an analytical background highly desirable.Qualifications:- BS degree in Management/Business or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.- 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment- 2+ years experience managing employees preferred- Effective written and verbal communication skills.- Demonstrated skill and success in managing operations in a high-tech environment strongly desired.```{=html}```- Management skills and experience coaching direct employees for success.- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows-based software is preferred.- Experience with concept and practices of Theory of Constraints, Continuous Improvement, and Lean Manufacturing is preferred.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVO::: {style=
