The HR Supervisor serves as a true partner and advisor, fostering and maintaining employee relationships while ensuring compliance and consistency in daily HR operations. Supporting over 120 employees in an onsite role, this position provides expert guidance to both hourly team members and managers, addressing questions related to performance, coaching, benefits, and training, among others. As a supportive resource, the HR Manager plays a key role in creating a culture of care, respect, and collaboration while delivering tailored solutions that align with the organizationu2019s goals and values. Key Responsibilities Include: Employee Relations u2022 Provide expert guidance on HR policies, processes, and conditions of employment to managers and employees. u2022 Lead investigations and develop fair, compliant resolutions that reflect a culture of care. u2022 Act as a resource for workersu2019 compensation, ADA accommodations, LOA guidance, benefits, among others. u2022 Establish and maintain an effective offboarding system, including conducting exit interviews. u2022 Maintain and enforce compliance with local laws and company guidelines consistently. Onboarding u2022 Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. u2022 Create a welcoming and supportive environment, providing resources and information to help new team members feel acquainted and valued. u2022 Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, culture, and expectations. Employee Engagement u2022 Cultivate a culture of care, respect, and value among employees and management. u2022 Proactively identify and implement HR policy, benefit, and process improvements to enhance motivation and retention. u2022 Develop site-specific retention plans to reduce turnover and drive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives.. Talent Management u2022 Partner with the Management team on coaching, personal development plans, performance reviews, and stay interviews. u2022 Leverage Compass Groupu2019s in-house learning and development (L&D) programs to retain and develop talent. u2022 Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and building professional networks. Operations, HRIS Systems, and Data u2022 Train managers on Compass Group HR systems and explore opportunities to streamline administrative tasks through HRIS technologies. u2022 Ensure legal compliance with federal and state requirements, conducting investigations and maintaining records as needed. u2022 Analyze employee data and prepare reports for strategic goal tracking as needed. u2022 Partner with Risk Management and RA Safety Champion to support safety training initiatives.
