Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist with NetSuite experience is responsible for managing the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoice generation, payment processing, cash application, collections, and reconciliations using NetSuite. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of customer payments and works closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain documentation, and support month-end close processes. The AR Specialist also leverages NetSuiteu2019s automation features to optimize AR workflows and reporting. Key Responsibilities: + Process and distribute invoices via NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery + Apply payments, reconcile customer accounts, and manage the AR aging report + Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve payment issues + Collaborate with internal teams to address billing inquiries, disputes, and adjustments + Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable + Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company and audit standards + Recommend and implement process improvements using NetSuite functionality Requirements Qualifications: + Associateu2019s or Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 2+ years of AR experience; direct experience with NetSuite preferred + Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills + Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
