Kitchen Supervisor $25-30/hr depending on experience Kitchen Supervisor Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring all kitchen staff are properly trained and are following all food safety and sanitation guidelinesEnsure kitchen operations run smoothly and efficientlyMonitor and maintain adequate kitchen inventory levelsEnsure that recipes and food preparation instructions are followed correctlyMonitor food quality and presentationEnsure that all equipment is in good working orderMaintain a clean and organized kitchen environmentAssist in menu planning and developmentManage staffing and labor dollarsKitchen Supervisor Requirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1-3 years of kitchen management experienceWorking knowledge of food safety and sanitation standardsAble to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAble to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsServSafe Food Handler certification (preferred)--An Automated Decision System (ADS) is employed in the assessment of applicants for the positions being recruited for in order to gauge the following pertinent qualifications or traits:The candidate’s ability to perform the tasks in the available job role.The candidate's self-rated skill proficiency.The candidate’s fit for this job posting.The use of AI technology, which may be considered an ADS, is used to converse with candidates, screen based on the position’s criteria, and schedule interviews.
