Element Eagan is looking for a Operations Support Technician to join our growing team.Use of D365F&O and Realtime as an administrator of the systemProvide direct support and financial analysis skills to the various Operational, Commercial and Functional teams in the laboratory in order to help drive top line revenue growth and overall profitabilityCollaborate with the corporate finance team to ensure efficiency in all work streams and to help the team drive continual innovation and improvement in all current and future processesActive involvement in Annual Budget processes, Revenue tracking, Project and business costs, WIP calculations, and InvoicingProvide analysis and financial data to help the local team focus on and leverage growth opportunities whilst also maximizing cost efficienciesImplement and manage cost controls, purchase orders, inventory, and corresponding invoicingAssist accounts payables with processing vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies between Element POs and invoices received, and corresponding with vendors when there are issuesSupport collection efforts and invoice resolution activities, manage customer portals for appropriate invoicing• Investigate discrepancies/errors in revenue and cost data and drive corrective actions to resolve the issues and correct processes to ensure errors to not recur.Manage vendor onboarding.Manage customer logistics needs, including receiving, processing, and shipping of customer parts/materials.Perform contract for customer orders, ensuring correctness of purchase orders, quotes, and customer account information.High-school diploma or equivalentrequired, Bachelor's Degree in related field of study preferredProficient Microsoft Excel modelling skills and PowerPointExperience in use of Microsoft D365F&O beneficial - full training will be providedAbility to meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work and interact with all levels of personnel in the companyAbility to be flexible and adaptable in a continuously evolving environmentBe able to work across time zones and work with globally diverse culturesAbility to work independently#LI-TK1Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
