Now Hiring a Licensed Therapist for Aspire's NEW Rely Center opening in Noblesville, IN Fall 2025!** Signing Bonus up to $2,000 **Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life. The Rely center is 'A Safe Place for Help' which includes a Psychiatric Urgent Care for all ages and an adult 23 hour stabilization unit.Position SummaryThis position will provide on-demand, evidence-based crisis intervention and assessment services. This position will assess, de-escalate, and problem-solve issues which may appear to be associated with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The Rely Center team is for individuals who have a passion for and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, assisting individuals in mental health and/or substance use crises, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time position, with potential schedule adjustment/options in the future.As part of a team, provide on-demand assessment, consultation, crisis intervention services, formulation of clinical diagnosis and treatment planningConduct initial/brief clinical evaluations for all populations with attention to the interaction of physical, behavioral, and social conditionsEducate clients, family members and community providers on the interaction between social, medical, behavioral, and addiction issuesUtilize identified screening and assessment tools in evaluation processArrange referrals to external treatment domains or agencies, as neededProvide follow-up contact and case management as indicatedBuild caring and trusting relationships with those we serve and their identified family membersFoster a strong working relationship with first responders as well as community partners, which may include DCS, hospitals, other mental health agencies, health providers, probation, schools, community agencies, etc.Education/ExperienceMaster’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education requiredMinimum of (1) year experience in a related field requiredCommunity Mental Health experience highly preferredExperience with Crisis Intervention highly preferredMust have excellent crisis intervention/de-escalation skillsSubstance use evaluation experience preferredKnowledge and application of social service systems, community resources, legal systems, and child welfare systems highly preferredLicensureMust be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of IndianaRecognized as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) by the State of Indiana, a plusBenefitsAspire prioritizes a work culture that takes care of employees not only at work but in their personal lives as well.
