Employee Leave Specialist

Job Summary: Responsible for leave programs for all KPH employees from start to finish of the leave process.*This is in office and not a remote opportunity.*Job DutiesResponsible for answering all inquiries relating to disability, FMLA, PFL, Workers Compensation and unemployment Responsible for maintaining disability/leave of absence and FMLA records as required by law and coordinate with payrollResponsible for maintaining and remitting OSHA records as required by lawResponsible for maintaining and remitting documentation relating to unemploymentResponsible for maintaining/distributing required up-to-date store postings relating to leaves as required by lawAssist in the Payroll process as it relates to leaves as neededResearch/seek out information on a regular basis to ensure complianceAct as the liaison with carrier(s) as neededWork with payroll to adjust PTO/state sick time programs mid-year as neededResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assignedEducation Requirements:Minimum: High School Diploma of GEDPreferred: AS Degree or Higher in Business AdministrationExperience:Preferred: 1-2 years experience in Human Resource Department, specifically relating to leave coordination or related fieldSpecial Conditions of Employment:Drug TestInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoringCompensation: $18.50 - $19.50 an hourThe final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.
