The Learning,Development&Compliance Manager is responsible forfostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. This role involves designing,delivering, and managing effective training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and enhance employee skills and capabilities.This positionalso overseesthe processes forContinuing Professional Education (CPE) eligible training alignmentwith NASBA guidelines,utilizinga Learning Management System (LMS) totrackCPA compliance, andguidingemployees through the process of passing the CPA exams and obtaining their license.Develop and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences for employees at all levels.This includes workshops,e-Learnings,curatingresources, videos, and more.Responsible for oversight of the CPA licensure program; manage process toensure junior team memberstimelyobtain their CPA licenses Consultwith various departments toidentifytraining needs and create tailored learning solutions.Managefirmwideorientation programs, virtual and in-person, for all new-hire groups.Lead the training for technical trainers, ensuring their compliance with NASBA requirements.Consultwith individualstoidentifylearning goalsand create tailoreddevelopment plansFacilitatevirtual and in-personworkshops and training sessions on topics such as leadership, career coaching, and non-technical skills.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments andfeedback, andmake necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.Support the development and implementation of a coaching culture within the organization.Manage thelogisticsand administration of learning events, including venue coordination and material preparation.Stayup-to-datewith industry trends and best practices in learning and development.Oversee acomprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) to track compliance, certifications, and training progress.OverseeContinuing Professional Education (CPE) records to ensure complianceofour Certified Public Accountants (CPAs).Ensure employees have the support they need from studying for the CPA exams, getting licensed, and renewing their license.Manage contracts with external vendors including negotiating, renewing, and evaluating for use and effectiveness.Proven experience in learning and development,at a managementlevel.Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficiencyin using LMS and other learning technologies.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure training effectiveness.Attention to detail andretaininginformation as it relates to CPE compliance.Knowledge of NASBA standards is preferred.Professional services backgroundrequired; public accounting strongly preferred.This position has a pay range of $130,000 - $150,000, depending on matching qualifications, location and related experience.
