BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a Behavioral Health RN to join our outstanding and compassionate team at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater + Facility: Morton Plant Hospital + Location: Clearwater, FL + Status: Full-Time, Exempt: No + Shift Hours: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM + Shift: Nights + Weekend Work: Every Other + On Call: No The Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. The Charge Nurse is responsible for: + Acting as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. + Developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.
