A Night Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing all hoteloperations during the night shift to support the hotel's continuingeffort to deliver outstanding guest service and financialprofitability.. As Night Manager, you would be responsible for directingand overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift to supportthe hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service andfinancial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards: Direct andoversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guestsatisfaction and safety Monitor and assess service and satisfactiontrends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordinglyAct as Manager on Duty and on behalf of the General Manager in his/herabsence Tour hotel interior and exterior to ensure the property andfacilities are functional, presentable to established standards and safefor guests and team members Oversee preparation of daily summary reportsMonitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limitedto, providing supervision, scheduling, assigning nightly work,conducting training, conducting counseling and evaluations anddelivering recognition and reward Since being founded in 1919, Hiltonhas been a leader in the hospitality industry.
