Job Summary The Direct Sales Associate provides competitive face to face sales offers to Acquisition customers as well as current Vistra customers. The primary purposes of the Direct Sales Associate is to acquire commercial customers through face-to-face sales interaction, working closely with Vistrau2019s Channel Management & Operations teams. The Direct Sales Associate serves as an ambassador for the Vistra brand in pursuit of providing commercial prospects with affordable and competitive energy solutions. Job Description Key Accountabilities u2022 Contact commercial customers from a defined prospecting list. u2022 Present competitive business solutions that meet customersu2019 needs. u2022 Meet and exceed sales quotas. u2022 Effectively manage prospects in assigned sales territory. u2022 Maintain records and complete all required reports to build a pipelines of customer for future prospecting. u2022 Collect customer, market, and competitor information during the sales process to improve channel success. u2022 Maintain high level of open communication and morale within the group and among supporting work groups. u2022 Assist in presenting results/implications and recommendations to management. Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements u2022 0 to 2 years of selling experience. u2022 Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills. u2022 Bilingual is a plus (preferable Spanish Speaking). u2022 Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, word processing, software, email, Excel, CRM system & Web-based tools. u2022 Can interpret and apply policies, procedures and processes. u2022 HS Diploma or equivalency required.
