Manage user access and security. Respond to users experiencing access-related challenges.Conduct system testing and track issues through resolution. Serve as primary point of contact for Salesforce-related activities, including but not limited to, user management, security settings, data integrity, and overall system maintenance.Upload data files from external systems on a regular basis to ensure accurate engagement information within the CRM. Coordinate closely with evaluators to identify and resolve data quality issues.Assist with or lead Salesforce training for end users and partners. Contribute to documentation resources, including but not limited to, manuals and user guides.Create and maintain custom objects and fields including email templates, validation rules, list views, page layouts, flags, and declarative solutions such as flows and email alerts.
