You willu00a0determineu00a0if the connectivity, the networku00a0portu00a0or the device that is not working properly.u00a0- Put together jack maps for 8 floors and provide weekly updates on progress.u00a0- Utilize computer skills to prepare required reports and communications and complete daily paperwork for MAC tickets.u00a0- Perform work within time parameters and ensure compliance with all HR, Safety, and company policies and proceduresu00a0- Ensure that all technical, quality and profitabilityu00a0objectivesu00a0are met whileu00a0maintainingu00a0top level customer satisfaction and exceeding customer expectationsu00a0- Responsible for account coordination including customer interactionu00a0u00a0u00a0- Create & coordinate status reports and actively communicate with customer and Project Managersu00a0u00a0u00a0Minimumu00a0Requirementsu00a0- Generalu00a0knowledge of computers,u00a0you may receiveu00a0au00a0laptopu00a0andu00a0useru00a0is expected to use apps such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word plus conferencing apps such as Teams and Zoom.u00a0u00a0u00a0- Ability to read and understand drawings, especially electrical and low voltage symbols.u00a0- Demonstrates thorough understanding ofu00a0project planning,u00a0cablingu00a0standardsu00a0andu00a0project leadershipu00a0- Self-motivationu00a0& self-initiationu00a0to complete work as assignedu00a0u00a0- Ability to read and understand blueprintsu00a0- Strong communicationu00a0skills (written & oral); time sheet efficiency & accuracyu00a0- Able to work on ladders and use power tools; be able to useu00a0power actuatedu00a0Hilti Gun, hammer drill, band saw, drills, etc.u00a0- Ability to lift/carry/setupu00a0a 50-pound box or ladder.u00a0- Must own low voltage tools, snips, cable strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.u00a0- Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime as neededu00a0- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesu00a0- Should be able terminate jacks, dress and terminate patch panels, 66 & 110 blocks, know the 568a and 568B olor codes, be able to use and test Fluke testers, install switches, routers, modems, wireless access points, trouble shoot voice and data issues, work with COAX, RG6, RG11, RG59 and Category cables, build out closets, be able to use power actuated Hilti Gun, hammer drill, band saw, drillsu00a0- Must passu00a07-year criminal background check and must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
