Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations will contribute to our success. Key Responsibilities: + Efficiently schedule and dispatch HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service technicians to customer locations. + Prioritize service calls based on urgency and customer needs. + Communicate with customers to provide updates on technician arrival times. + Collaborate with field technicians to ensure efficient use of resources and timely job completion. + Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician schedules. + Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts or service-related issues. + Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries and concerns.
