DescriptionLeo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. As a Senior TPM for Leo Enterprise Technology, you will own the strategy and execution of mission-critical, enterprise-wide programs that underpin Leo's global operations at scale. You will set the long-term vision for how enterprise platformsu2014including SAP and tightly integrated systemsu2014enable Leo's business, financial, and operational outcomes. This role helps driving alignment across multiple organizations, senior leaders, and external partners. You will define operating models, influence architectural direction, and establish durable mechanisms that enable predictable execution in a highly complex and ambiguous environment. Key job responsibilities u2022Define multi-year strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to Leou2019s business objectives u2022 Understand business requirements working with PMT, Business stakeholders, super users u2022 Anticipate systemic risks and dependencies before they impact delivery u2022 Raise the bar for program management excellence across the organization u2022 Work with engineering teams (SAP Developers, Functional designers, process designers, security, Admin and other members) to understand the effort needed u2022 Build project plans and sprint schedules understanding engineering team bandwidth u2022 Manage dependencies inside and outside of the team to get the team answers on time, unblock the team and execute to aligned project plan and business need by dates u2022 Identify and escalate risks, manage issue resolution u2022 Bring in project management best practices , setup right processes, align with existing processes to delivery results u2022 Earn trust from the engineering team, stakeholders and leadership u2022 Setup Jira and other tools used for capturing and running projects and sprint cadence A day in the life This role will be highly collaborative, requiring partnerships with cross-functional leaders to drive positive results. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
