In the absence of an Event Services Supervisor, may receive instruction from the Event Services Lead, Director of Events, Event Manager or Manager on Duty.This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until April 3, 2026.The Arizona Sands Club is located in the Lowell Stevens Football Facility overlooking the University of Arizona Football Stadium.Sets up tables, chairs, staging, dance floor, and other equipment according to the room diagrams and event resumesTears down equipment and supplies after events are overMaintains cleanliness in the event spaces, including hallways and other common areasKeeps service corridors and storage areas clean, organized, and unobstructedEmpties trash and operates various types of cleaning equipmentReads and understands room diagrams and event resumes in order to set event spaces accordinglyInteracts with other staff and event planners, and responds quickly to needs and requestsOther duties as assigned by managementMust have high school diploma or equivalent GED and must be able to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performanceMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be available to work flexible hours and days including early morning, days, evenings, overnight, weekends and holidaysMust be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift objects up to 50 poundsPossession of, or ability to obtain a valid Kansas or Missouri driver’s license or identification cardAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
